Your Challenge


You will have a rare opportunity to work within one of London’s most exciting startups, and take a leadership role within a team of senior managers and subject matter experts across product, design, supply chain, and logistics to bring our existing portfolio and product pipeline to market. You are obsessive about detail and know every line of your project plans. Most importantly, you are looking to make your mark on the development of our operations.


 

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with to activate sponsorship rights with maximum impact

  • Leverage our sponsorships to yield the best levels of exposure and access to global audiences

  • Manage the full process of regular sponsorship campaigns in collaboration with key internal stakeholders (Social media, on-site banners, print advertisements etc)

  • Manage branding approvals with rights holders

  • Support managing major campaigns with rights holders

  • Support and help ideate innovatively to achieve a best in class activation approach

  • Serve as a key contributor in long-term sponsorship planning with multiple right holders

  • Development of sponsorship proposals for acquisition. Negotiate, secure and manage on behalf of all sponsorships, value in kind partnerships and licensing agreements.

  • Effectively oversee the management of key relationships and commercial/sponsor partners, including sponsorship servicing requirements across the portfolio, together with the fulfillment thereof.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Experience in Sport sponsorship

  • A proven track record in running successful marketing campaigns linked to sponsorship or partnership

  • Experience in managing strategic partnerships either brand, agency or rights holder side

  • Account management skills, with clear evidence of delivery within structured timeframes
